First Workshop

Bolan collaborates with COFCO Group to produce fermented and stir-fried products, and partners with South Korean companies like CJ and Nongshim to develop chili and sauce-based products. Additionally, the group provides deep-processing and comprehensive product support services to brands such as Xiabu Xiabu, Hannasan Group, Panggu, and Kwon Kim Seong. Second Workshop
For over a decade, Bolan Group has been producing fermented products, deeply understanding the art and science behind them. Today, the company boasts a Korean-style fermented sauce production line that adheres to GMP standards across its entire manufacturing facility. In 2012, Bolan upgraded its second production facility with cutting-edge technology and established collaborative partnerships with COFCO Group and Hanlasan Group for the development of fermented and stir-fried sauce products. Bolan firmly believes in the critical role of technological leadership—and maintains a consistently high level of innovation in its operations.
Third Workshop
Bolan Group has been specializing in the production of chili peppers and chili products for over 20 years, witnessing the growth and development of China's chili industry. The company’s third production facility is now equipped with two advanced chili-flake refining and processing lines, all operating under GMP-compliant standards throughout the entire production area.
Fourth Workshop
As a leading Chinese chili producer, Bolan has taken a forward-thinking approach to its production equipment. The fourth workshop was completed in 2008, featuring GMP-standard facilities throughout the entire production area. It houses four advanced chili powder processing lines, one semi-finished chili sauce production line, and another dedicated to seasoning powder manufacturing.
Fifth Workshop
Bolan Group has invested 48 million yuan to establish a state-of-the-art product processing center and a 3,800-square-meter production facility built to GMP standards. The company has also introduced a complete set of advanced, automated equipment for fermentation, roasting, packaging, and other processes—enabling a comprehensive upgrade in its technological capabilities, deep-processing expertise, and overall competitive edge. Moving forward, Bolan Group will continue to explore new industries and markets, ensuring the sustainable and steady growth of the enterprise.

In 2011, the company invested 12 million yuan to establish a Technology R&D Center spanning 2,200㎡, equipped with internationally advanced physicochemical testing labs, microbiology labs, and comprehensive product-testing facilities. The center is outfitted with cutting-edge, professional-grade equipment such as powder analyzers, viscometers, protein analyzers, gas chromatographs, and liquid chromatographs—essential tools for rigorous testing and quality assurance. Additionally, the company has forged long-term, stable strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and research institutions, including Qingdao Agricultural University and Ocean University of China.
